Bioengineer, Christian is a Life Sciences multi-entrepreneur with substantial experience in natural products and technologies applied to the agricultural, biotech, cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Passionate leader with wide-ranging scientific and financial skills, applied within a multicultural context (Europe, USA, Asia and Africa), he was the founder and CEO of the Green industrial holding Biofirst, subsidiary of the listed company Floridienne Group. He managed different companies in natural products as well as in the biotechnology sector. He is also an active member of companies involved in the use of nature as an alternative to chemicals (Biobest, Aquatic Sciences).

Starting his career in the financial world, Dimitri quickly evolved towards commercial responsibilities in the nutraceutical and natural science industry.

Founder of several companies in tropical areas active in a wide variety of sectors going from Food & Beverage to cosmetic and healthcare industries, his management skills easily adapted to different work environments and cultures.

Adventurous kingpin passionate about agri-innovation and sustainability, he was also one of the founding fathers of the « Virunga Origins » project, a social initiative in partnership with the Virunga National Park and the World We Want Foundation.

Holding a Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Stéphanie Lapaille has over 14 years of international experience in operational management across diverse strategic sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, international education, industry, and the agrifood sector.
 
As the General Manager of SOPRAL and SOPRAL Mada Stéphanie plays a pivotal role in expanding Envirium Life Sciences operations and strengthening the group’s strategic presence across the Indian Ocean region, including Madagascar, South Africa, Réunion Island, Mauritius, and beyond.

Varun Kumar Rai holds a Master's degree in Management and brings over 12 years of successful experience in strategic transformation across the pharmaceutical, insurance, healthcare, diagnostics, and medical device sectors.
 
Founded in 2018, Kamapim has evolved from a start-up into a scale-up, consolidating its position in the vanilla business while expanding into cocoa.

As General Manager, Varun is leading the company’s diversification and will continue to create lasting value for the communities and partners.

Florence Pouëssel is an agricultural engineer specializing in soils and environment. She started her career in France before leading projects in Madagascar. She has worked in aquaculture, vanilla plantations, and has been in charge of food safety at an international company.
 
Since 2011, she has been with Sopral. Florence is now Sopral’s Chief Operating Officer, after having held responsibilities in purchasing and production.
 

Holding a Master’s degree in Law, François Toussaint has over 20 years of international experience in impact entrepreneurship, strategic consulting, and public affairs.

As Chief Impact Officer, he leads Envirium’s high-integrity Carbon Credits Program, restoring Forests while connecting local communities to value chains that generate income through the production of natural products. 

He also drives impact across the group’s subsidiaries, ensuring that business activities contribute to ecosystem restoration, community development and the creation of profitable models capable of financing long-term sustainability.

Moustafa El Melkaoui holds a Master's degree in Economics from Solvay Brussels School. He began his career in audit before transitioning into consulting, where he specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Currently, he serves as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Envirium Life Sciences, leading financial strategy and operations across the Group and its subsidiaries located in Madagascar, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Papua New Guinea.
