Envirium Life Sciences to participate to the COP 26
Envirium Life Sciences is proud to announce its participation to the COP 26. Committed to innovation, sustainable growth and biodiversity conservation, Envirium Life Sciences is pleased to take this opportunity to meet with key players to discuss the Group's priorities with them.
Envirium’s Sustainability Manager, Gaëtan Etancelin, is representing the Group with a special focus on prevention of the biodiversity loss and the development of the collaboration with many smallholders to provide decent revenues for more people.
In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Madagascar, Tanzania and Papua New Guinea, we favor collaboration with many smallholder farmers, enabling them to achieve higher quality and productivity in the long run on a sustainable basis. This alliance gives them the opportunity to reach the export quality and access the international market through the Group.
Envirium Life Science believes that biodiversity protection should involve local people and enable them to live well. In the DRC, Envirium Life Science’s project aims at providing jobs and financial resources to the people who live within a day’s walk of the park’s borders, avoiding the need to source their revenues within the park, thus protecting its biodiversity.
Involved in reforestation, we also want to help our customers to become more and more carbon-neutral.
